SANTA CRUZ POLICE IT AND RUNS MY BIKE TRAILER, BENDING MY ALMOST NEW BURLEY NOMAD'S AXIL ASSEMBLY,ETC. SANTA CRUZ CITY HALL WON'T PAY THE DAMAGES. THEY ARE FUCKING ME BECAUSE THEY CAN. THE KARMIC DEBT IS GROWING EACH DAY THEY PUNISH THE POOR. SANTA CRUZ, CA MEAN CITY USA.

Blackjack: Are you the man whose trailer got hit by Officer Kline in Parking Lot #4 while he was arresting Mary at the Drum Circle several months ago? If so, has the City Council formally turned down your claim for compensation?
